Project Engineer - Heavy Construction

Entry Level Project Engineer Needed – Heavy Civil Construction Industry

We are seeking a motivated and driven Project Engineer to join our growing team in the heavy, highway, infrastructure, site work, and concrete construction industry.

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers hands-on experience and the opportunity for growth within our company.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Estimator with takeoffs, submittals, contract forms, and solicitation for material and subcontractor quotes
Maintain and update project compliance items such as submittals, COIs, subcontracts, and more
Record meeting minutes when necessary
Review daily time cards for accuracy
Report to and learn from project management and field leadership
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

B.S. Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
Experience with field management, engineering, or estimating in heavy civil and structures
Additional preferred qualifications include experience in a construction office, PennDOT ECMS system, and proficiency in software such as Bluebeam, HCSS HeavyBid and HeavyJob, Powerproject, P6, Foundation, and AutoCAD
Ability to travel locally as needed

This is a full-time, in-person position with our EOE company. We participate in the e-Verify program, conduct background checks, and require random drug testing.
