    At Chick-fil-A, the Hospitality Team Member role is more than just a job, it is an opportunity. Depending on the needs of the restaurant, positions for this job role include: Drive-Thru, Front Counter, and CFA Delivery Driver. In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, the members gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. Hospitality Team Members are the primary brand ambassadors for our customers whether they be on the front registers, Drive-Thru stations, or in the dining rooms.     • Bilingual (English and Spanish speaking) applicants are particularly encouraged to apply
    • Strong interpersonal skills; gets along well with others
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to multi-task and detail oriented
    • Able to work well independently and in a team environment
    • Must be hard working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer skills.
    • Minimum of 16 years of age
    • Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
