I am a hands-on professional with a proven track record of integrity. My aim is to deliver effective strategic advisory and support on legal auditing, entrepreneurship, foreign investment protection, global counterparty due diligence, organizational governance, compliance, and international law, while managing all aspects of protecting organizations from regulatory, and reputational risks. Highly- organized and analytical, my job is to resolve complex issues, overseeing programs and processes and mentoring multicultural and multidisciplinary teams and individuals. 

I consider myself to be a natural-born researcher and coach and am passionate about Mediation Tactics and Comparative Law. I possess extensive experience in handling cases regarding investors relations, diverse technological and infrastructure projects and legal systems, including high-risk jurisdictions.

I am a trilingual (English, Spanish and French) American citizen with over 16 years’ advisory experience (International and European Union Law, Foreign Investment Protection in High Risk Jurisdictions, as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods: Arbitration and Mediation) within Tier 1 global law firms and companies, as well as government agencies and NGO’s from diverse countries.

My international experience includes providing strategic and legal auditing/advisory on organizational governance processes and teamwork optimization methodologies, business development, domestic and international funding, management of infrastructure projects and economic development to companies from the United States, Mexico, France, Spain, Colombia, and South Korea, as well as European Union agencies, Latin-American governmental agencies and NGO’s.

My successful career as a teacher, trainer, and team leader in different countries, cultures and languages, makes me feel no less than deeply and sincerely passionate about research methodologies, conflict prevention, management and resolution, as well as coaching team members, in order to ensure their personal and professional success.
