At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a full-time branch manager (m/f/d) for our branch in Euerbach.

Your tasks as branch manager (m/f/d) include: Active participation in daily branch operations, responsibility for the demand-oriented use of goods and personnel, leadership, development and motivation of the team, achievement of the defined sales and profit goals of the branch, execution of the host role with a high level of service orientation, and ensuring an attractive presentation of products at the counter.

As branch manager (m/f/d), you inspire us with: A completed vocational training - preferably in the bakery or gastronomy sector, first professional knowledge or leadership experience in the bakery industry, gastronomy or food retail, dedication, organizational talent and an efficient working method, and the ability to infect employees and customers with your good mood and passion for our fresh baked goods.
