• Tax Staff is responsible for handling the basic tax needs of clients regarding personal and business tax matters. Includes tax return preparation, yearend tax projection planning, estimates, and tax research. Tax Staff works closely with all levels of the tax department.
  Duties and responsibilities Prepare Individual (resident and nonresident), C and S Corporation, Partnership, Fiduciary, Gift, Foreign Bank Account Report, Single Member LLC, Business License, Property Tax, Sales & Use, Exempt Organizations and Private Foundation tax returns
• Prepare tax adjusting journal entries for business management clients' books and records
• Prepare quarterly tax estimates and yearend individual projections and business closeouts
• Prepare tax basis schedules
• Review and cross check client refund checks received
• Assist/Make nonbusiness management clients' electronic tax payments as necessary
• Able to perform basic tax research
• Prepare Forms W2, 1099, and 1042 as necessary

• Public Accounting (CPA Firm): 2 years (required)
• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
