We are looking for a qualified, compassionate, and knowledgeable nurse to join us in caring, serving, and enriching lives.

Position Details:


_ Adult Patient_

Location: Mesa :

Schedule: Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday 10p-7a (NIGHT SHIFTS)

_ About case:
_ Patient is an adult female who is needing help 4 days a week.

They are 9 hour shifts, The patient has a gtube, trach, and needs a bi pap via vent at night.

This patient is an amazing and a kind person to work with.


_(We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience)_

Responsibilities:


  • Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
  • Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
  • Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned
