Department/Responsibilities:

The DIAKOVERE Annastift Leben und Lernen gGmbH offers inpatient and outpatient services for people with disabilities.

Our
Center for Outpatient Participation and Self-Determination, Area Living in the Neighborhood provides care and assistance to people with disabilities in their own homes and shared living arrangements to support and promote self-determined living.

We support both people with physical disabilities and those with developmental needs in the area of learning (so-called intellectual disabilities).

For the management of the outpatient services in the area of
intellectual development for 3 locations, we are looking for a

Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, Educator, Special Needs Educator (m/f/d) as Team Leader Front Office (m/f/d). The position is full-time and permanent.

In this service environment, supported living and nursing services work closely together to achieve the development goals of the clients.

You will lead and coordinate approximately 50 assistants, care for around 20 clients, and communicate with family members and caregivers.

The management structure works in autonomous teams, supported by other functions within the organization.

Your tasks:

Participation in the development of concepts
Admission and assessment of clients and ensuring the quality of care and development goals. You will work closely with qualified professionals.
Selection and training of new employees (in collaboration with nursing staff), including practical training in the routes
Supervision of student training
Monitoring documentation (monitoring schedules
