As a
People Insights Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful people insights by bringing the full suite of People Insights capabilities to solution against employee and business challenges.
You have a curiosity that leads you to always ask, "What's possible?" and the ability to bring concepts to reality from analysis to actionable insights.
Our
People Insights Partners team immerses themselves in the business to understand unique needs and challenges, while focusing on custom business needs.
In this role, you will improve our employees' experiences and help drive critical business priorities by collaborating and connecting data points across workforce data and trends, people research, sophisticated analysis, data visualization, and compelling storytelling.
A Day in the Life
In this role, you will:
- Provide consultative support for clients across the organization to truly understand core questions and current priorities to ensure reporting and analysis align with business objectives
- Translate highlevel business objectives into consistent, accurate, efficient and effective reporting and analysis
- Proactively connect dots across different data points, research inputs, and business initiatives
- Synthesize insights into simple, relatable, actionable stories that help drive datadriven decisions and strategies through compelling storytelling using analytics, dashboards, forecasts, and research to support business priorities
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure internal alignment and efficiency
- Balance concurrent projects and priorities
- Act with integrity and behaviors that promote the values and mission of The Walt Disney Company
Basic Qualifications
- Strong critical thinking skills; Asking relevant questions and solving complex problems in creative, sustainable ways
- Influencing and networking skills that result in consultative relationships and support alignment and collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Able to communicate complex analytical concepts in a compelling way to nontechnical audiences
- Understanding of data and systems' infrastructures and data modeling
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to make timely and effective decisions to meet fluid deadlines and changing priorities
- Proactive and selfmotivated with the capability to work autonomously and make independent decisions to meet deliverables with mínimal oversight
- Can effectively handle and maintain confidential information
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic work environment
- Focus on the here and now while keeping an eye to the future to prioritize work
- Passionate about continuous improvement with a strong desire to continue learning in order to stay relevant to business changes and industry trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Foundational SQL knowledge and experience
- Experience with Cognos, Tableau or similar data analysis tools
