For our production site in Hagenow we are currently looking for a

Assistant to the Plant Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Support of the plant manager in all organizational and administrative tasks
Correspondence, scheduling and phone calls (in German and English)
Planning, preparation and execution of meetings including guest hospitality
Creating protocols, presentations and various other documents, some of them technical in nature
Maintaining a structured filing system
Cooperation with authorities and service providers
