Position Summary:

The
General Labor/Pallet Builder is responsible for pallet building, material handling, tracking of incoming and outgoing packages and ensuring that the shipping and receiving process runs efficiently.

Essential Responsibilities/Core Competencies:

• Building custom shipping pallets and crates for each order to ensure product is secured properly.
• Receive and check incoming freight and UPS shipments. Loading/unloading shipments - no paperwork required.
• Material Handler responsibilities.
• Performs general housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the dock and inventory areas.
• Some Assembly work as needed.

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• At least one year of manufacturing experience.
• Work with attention to detail and accuracy, with ability to follow directions.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift.
• Demonstrated ability to take the initiative.
• Must be able to Lift and Move up to 75 pounds.
• Must have a good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
• Must have both good dexterity for detailed work and physical ability to lift heavy parts.

Job Type:
Full-time - Monday-Friday: 7am-3:30pm
