We are looking for you, if you are a recent graduate with a degree in business administration and are hungry, passionate and ambitious to join us in shaping climate-neutral living.


If you enjoy:

  • Advising our customers directly at the kitchen table and creating customized heating solutions
  • Exciting our customers about our green energy solutions in a fixed sales territory
  • Taking technical measurements on site and transmitting the data to our headquarters
  • Being the main point of contact for our customers and proactively guiding them to contract completion

And if you:

  • Have successfully completed a degree in business administration, such as business administration or industrial engineering
  • Are a strong communicator, organized and have sales talent, which you have ideally already demonstrated during your studies
  • Are hungry to achieve your goals and close deals
  • Are digitally savvy and used to working with software. Experience with Google Workspace and Salesforce is a plus
  • Have a valid driver's license
  • Have excellent German language skills (native or at least C1 level)
