• You will be responsible for the successful acquisition, planning, and management of projects, particularly in the areas of refrigeration, air conditioning, heat pumps, and/or electrical engineering.
• You will lead the employees in project teams both professionally and disciplinarily, and have the ability to motivate and promote team cohesion.
• You will shape and develop processes within the company.

• You have extensive knowledge in the field of electrical, heating, heat pump, and/or refrigeration and air conditioning technology.
• You have previous experience as a project manager in a craft business or a related company.
• You are open to new technologies and willing to acquire further knowledge through training.
