CSR - Outbound Sales Associate
Hours of Work:
You are expected to work Monday - Friday 4 pm - 7 pm. Additionally, this role may require occasional weekend work during the hours of 8 am - 5 pm. We will ensure to provide notice of any variations in your daily hours or additional days required.
Role Summary:
The Outbound Sales Associate at CABS Heating & Air Conditioning is responsible for re-engaging with existing customers from our database to generate new business opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Prioritize calls according to customer and/or operational needs.
- Maintain complete, accurate and updated information in the customer database.
- Maintains the scripting required and provided by the company for quality and efficient interactions with the inbound client base.
- Customer Database Reengagement:
- Use Service Titan to identify opportunities within our existing customer database for upselling or reintroducing our services.
- Implement targeted outreach strategies to existing clients to promote new offerings, updates, or maintenance services.
- Prospect Outreach:
- Conduct outreach to potential leads from acquired lists, introducing our services and identifying opportunities for engagement.
- Balance this outreach to maintain a focus on relationshipbuilding rather than traditional cold calling.
- Sales Coordination and Scheduling:
- Schedule appointments, followup calls, and manage the sales pipeline through Service Titan.
- Regularly update and maintain accurate sales activity records.
- Building Customer Relationships:
- Strengthen relationships with existing customers through followup communications and personalized service offerings.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Product and Service Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends and CABS latest services and specials to effectively communicate benefits to both existing and potential customers.
- Collaborative Efforts:
- Coordinate with internal teams like customer service and technical support to ensure seamless service experiences for customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
OR equivalent - 2+ years of customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work extended hours, nights, and weekends
- Ability to read a map and geographical knowledge of our service area
