We need your support with...

Accepting and processing individual and group reservations
Selling rooms with the goal of optimizing revenue
Entering reservation data into the PMS system
Providing telephone advice on location, amenities, and services of each property
Working closely with the onsite Front Office departments including handling group arrivals or VIP guests

And here are some of your talents...

Completed training in the hotel industry or relevant work experience in the hotel industry or customer service
Career changers are welcome
Good communication and expression skills
Solutionoriented work style and ability to work independently and responsibly
Good German and English skills (spoken and written)
