Significance is searching for a Director of Pricing with extensive experience in Federal Government contracting.Candidates must excel in communication and leadership, developing and executing a pricing program and processes tailored to the needs of Significance.
The candidate must be able to effectively communicate with Significance program, technical, business management and growth teams, and effectively negotiate labor rates with our partners.
This position will report to the Chief Growth Officer and have no direct reports at this time.Responsibilities:
Requirements
7-12 years experience in government contracting industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or equivalent related experience
Experience with both large and small government contractors
Experience leading small teams
Familiarity with FAR and DFARS.
Familiarity with different proposal types (ROMs, NTEs, D/C, GSA Schedule, IDIQ, etc.)
Experience presenting business cases / courses of action to executive leadership
Comfortable developing, implementing and institutionalizing pricing vision
Desired Skills
Experience with ISO 9001, CMMC, CMMI
Professional certification(s) like Certified Pricing Professional (CPP), Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
Experience with Mentor Protégée Joint Ventures (JV) Agreements and Contractor Teaming Arrangements (CTAs).
Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR)
Secret clearance
