We are hiring for a Teller Operations Specialist for our Branch Operations Department The
Teller Operations Specialist provides teller operations support to branch offices to increase operational efficiency and improve client experience with a focus on operational problem resolution, mitigating risk, and providing ongoing training.

This position travels to the branch offices on a frequent basis.**For more information, please see the attached job description.


Requirements:


Minimum:

Applicable job knowledge with three years of experience as a teller and a minimum of one year serving as a Head Teller or Senior Teller in a banking environment.

Must be self-motivated with the ability to identify issues and see them through to remediation. Must embrace the core values of innovation and creativity in order to drive changes that positively affect operational efficiencies. Must have the ability to communicate professionally and effectively and must have exceptional customer relation skills. Must possess the ability to compose professionally written materials including procedures, reference materials, memorandums, and a variety of reports. Must be proficient in general math skills, letter composition and in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).


_ This position requires the use of your personal vehicle along with proof of up-to-date valid driver's license, registration and insurance coverage._

Preferred:

Applicable job knowledge with five years of experience as a teller and three years serving as a Head Teller or Senior Teller in a banking environment.
