    Job summary

    • Manage the implementation and configuration of the Calero TEM system.
    • Monitor and analyse telecommunications expenses, identifying costsaving opportunities.
    • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of telecom assets, invoices, and contracts.
    • Collaborate with various departments to optimize telecom services and streamline processes.
    • Provide training and support to endusers on system functionalities and best practices.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to enhance telecom expense management strategies.
    • Proficiency in utilizing Calero TEM software and other relevant telecom expense management tools.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders across departments.
    • 46 Years of experience in telecom expense management or related field is preferred.
    • Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards and regulations is advantageous.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Proficiency in utilizing Calero TEM software and other relevant telecom expense management tools.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders across departments.
    • 46 Years of experience in telecom expense management or related field is preferred.
    • Familiarity with telecommunications industry standards and regulations is advantageous.
    • Professional certifications such as Certified Telecom Expense Management Professional (CTEMP) or Certified TEM Auditor (CTA) will be preferred.
