Description
Assemble mechanical components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to accurately assemble and fit parts.
- Inspect and test assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical assemblies, including identifying and correcting malfunctions or defects.
- Follow assembly procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to review designs, suggest improvements, and optimize assembly processes.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly activities, including parts inventory, work orders, and inspection reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new assembly procedures, processes, and quality control measures.
- Provide training and guidance to junior assembly technicians as needed.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.
Pay:
From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
