- Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for U.S. expansion.
- Forge and leverage relationships with major American retailers to secure product placements.
- Lead product development, regulatory compliance, marketing, distribution, and retail partnership management.
- Establish operational infrastructure, set up distribution channels, and oversee marketing efforts and sales strategy in the U.S.
- Build and manage a local team, ensuring the growth and development of US operations.
- Regularly review sales data and consumer feedback to gauge product performance and adapt strategies as needed.
- Travel to China as needed to meet with the management team
- Proven experience in launching and scaling CPG brands in the U.S. market.
- Extensive network and established relationships in the American CPG and retail space.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and overseeing teams.
- Entrepreneurial spirit; startup experience highly regarded.
- Knowledge of the food industry and adept at navigating the U.S. food/retailer industry landscape.
- Experience in product development, regulatory standards, and market strategies.
- Ability to undertake business trips to China and work remotely within California.
- Mandarin fluency is advantageous but not mandatory.

Role Overview:
