- Product Roadmap: drive the product roadmapwithin our results driven framework, prioritizing initiatives and enhancements that drive business value to help deliver insights and operational excellence across our vendors and technology stacks.
- Data Quality: Ensure that the data stores + data flows in and out of the EverBright data warehouse are stable, complete, accurate, and highly performant.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, finance, sales, and marketing, to ensure cohesive product development and alignment with business objectives.
- Product Metrics and Key Results: Define, track, and report on key results to measure the success and impact of the Core Platform teams' initiatives.
- Product Innovation: Champion innovation by implementing modern product discovery and delivery methods, and encourage creative thinking within the product management team.
- Product Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with other Product Management team members to ensure alignment of goals, optimize resource allocation, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the Product Management organization.
- Product Delivery: Ensure that critical business needs are met by defining initiatives and seeing them through the implementation and release processes.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- 3+ years in product management.
- Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, marketing, etc.
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and stakeholders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
You will be responsible for ensuring the successful discovery, launch, and ongoing operation of our data platform, Helios. Data is critical to our success at EverBright, as a business and as a product manager. You'll work to establish connections and data pipelines across numerous data domains: energy, finance, fleet management, operational performance, and executive reporting. Moreover, you'll work to drive insights across the business to inform strategy, improve modeling and estimations, and identify new areas of focus.
