    Description
    Travel Required:
    • Manage and supervise a team of Team Leads, Senior Analysts, and Analysts responsible for regulatory compliance and financial crime-related functions
    • Oversee team performance in terms of production and quality
    • Lead training efforts to ensure consistency and quality
    • Perform quality assurance reviews and provide feedback to the team
    • Monitor and communicate production metrics
    • Assist in preparing status updates and analyzing data
    • Interact with the client regularly regarding team performance
    • Create quality deliverables to support project workstreams
    • Serve as a performance manager for the team
    • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry practices
    Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience required, with expertise in OFAC Sanctions, Anti-Money Laundering, Financial Fraud Investigations, and regulatory compliance

    • Strong communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Suite Products
    • Ability to adapt to new policies and procedures quickly
    • Experience in project management, client relations, training, and mentorship
