How you support us
- Consulting the customer in defining project and software requirements for software implementation, creating specifications and requirement documents
- Project management for the implementation of CRM / xRM software
- Monitoring project goals and customer satisfaction
- Defining and formulating use cases for handover to product management or software development
- Supporting the sales team from initial discussions to software presentations and final proposals, conducting feasibility studies and effort estimations
- Actively advising and providing ongoing support to the customer in developing usage concepts for specific application scenarios, integrating customer processes with CRM / xRM solutions
- Identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities and forwarding them to the sales team
- Training software users
- Preparing software updates
What convinces us
- You have a degree in business or a completed IT-based education / degree or several years of professional experience in B2B project environments
- You enjoy consulting and implementing complex software solutions (e.g. CRM, ERP or DMS)
- You have a self-reliant working style and analytical and structured approach
