We are looking for professional, outgoing, and self-motivated individuals who can sell FREE In-Home Consultations to customers over the phone.
Regardless of your level of experience, we provide paid training and the support you need to be successful at Encore Some of our top performing representatives have no previous experience in a Call Center environment or in the Home Improvement industry.

Education, Training and Experience
No experience in scheduling coordination is required, but experience in administrative functions, customer service and reception is preferred.
Associates degree and beyond is not necessary but is helpful.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Gather customer information and schedule inhome appointments
- Handle upwards of 100 inbound/outbound calls per day
- Coordinate scheduling of demos using our cloud based CRM systems
- Oversee our automated CRM to handle follow up tasks
- Work with the sales team to ensure proper scheduling
- Follow zone maps to properly place appointments
- No cold calling these are all inbound leads where the customer has asked US to contact THEM
- Answer inbound calls from prospective or existing customers
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Be able to be on the phone for an extended period of time
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong internet and PC skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Must be detailoriented and highly organized
- Ability to work independently, a selfstarter and energetic
- Problem solving abilities

Interviews and job position are in-person (NOT A REMOTE POSITION)
Pay:
$46, $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
