Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Food Runner to join our team.

As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of food orders to customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver food from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely manner.

Duties:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the designated tables promptly and accurately
• Assist with food preparation and plating when needed
• Ensure all food items are presented in an appealing and appetizing manner
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service
• Clear tables and assist with bussing duties as necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Handle any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
• Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures is a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, kitchen staff, and servers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
• Knowledge of proper food handling and safety protocols

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic knowledge of catering operations is desirable but not required
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
