Your profile:

Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or degree in computer science / business informatics or equivalent qualification or career changer (m/f/d)

Generalist experience in technical consulting and support of server applications & interfaces, for example gained as an application support engineer, system administrator, IT specialist / consultant / freelancer (each m/f/d)

Good knowledge of server infrastructures (Windows or Linux, patch management, lifecycle, etc.)

Desirable first experience in application-related IT activities such as scripting (PowerShell, Bash, CMD, Python, etc.), certificates and scheduled tasks, etc.

Ideally, first experience with ITIL and IT service management processes

Solution-oriented work style, communication and moderation skills, openness, willingness to learn, holistic, structured thinking and interest in the
