Looking to hire enthusiastic and eager
Production Associates in our
Gordonsville, VA location.

The person in this position is responsible to assist by preparing and maintaining printing presses and to provide direct support to the Printing Press Operator.

The principal duties include assisting with installing and adjusting printing screens, loading, and feeding paper, mixing inks, and controlling ink flow, and ensuring the quality of the final printed piece.

Responsibilities can include:


  • Cleaning Equipment and maintenance;
  • Assisting with reloading press with materials;
  • Quality control inspection;
  • Ensure materials are stacked neatly;
  • Keep powder areas clean and clear of debris;
  • Ensure paperwork is properly completed at the end of each order;
  • Report sheet counts accurately;
  • Confirm the count of printed products;
  • Remove finished material and pass it to the next station;
  • Remove all excess screenprinting ink and tape from each screen;
  • Maintaining neat, organized work environment;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Must be able to meet physical demands of the position including dexterity to walk, stand, bend, climb, reach, stoop, twist, and lift/carry up to 50lbs.
  • Stand for extended periods of time
  • Vision, hearing, and speech are essential for safety parameters
  • Able to work in cold/hot environments
  • Able to manage noise

Pay:
$15.00 per hour
