Captivate has an immediate need for a Warehouse Associate. This position is located in our Austin office. Captivate is the leader in high-end audio/video, lighting control and home automation in Central Texas since 1994. Our systems are designed to fit each client's unique style and desires.

As a Warehouse Associate at Captivate, you will be responsible for providing legendary experiences for our clients and employees by ensuring that all proposed parts are available and ready for scheduled installations.

Responsibilities:

• Ship and receive products
• Understand timelines for projects as it relates to equipment needs
• Pull equipment and stage for jobs
• Organize and relocate inventory as needed based on company defined best practices
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse best practices
• Participate in physical inventory counts and conduct and verify routine inventory counts
• Maintain stock levels and communicate to Manager when to reorder
• Timely communication to Service Department and Installation Project Managers of product deliveries or delays
• Verify that Equipment Delivery Forms are used and Quickbooks updated accurately
• Ensure appropriate documents are sent for Progress Billing and to Purchasing in a timely manner
• Manage the process for Return Material Authorizations, including the correspondence, receipt and shipping of Return Materials
• May assist office staff with maintenance issues, make supply runs and deliver products to job sites if needed
• Assist technicians with loading vans as needed
• Responsive communication to information requests and to all departments within company

Experience and Skills:

• Experience in inventory, materials order entry, and warehousing logistics is desired
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word and ability to learn new software programs
• Ability to keep accurate and organized records
• Prepare and submit reports in acceptable formats
• Must have a "Get-ItDone" attitude and demonstrate initiative
• Current, valid Driver's License with acceptable Driving record
• Excellent organizational, time management and problemsolving ability
• Occasional lifting of bulky and heavy items able to lift 50 pounds
• Able to work in extreme temperatures (primarily heat)
• Forklift experience is a plus

$ $24.00 per hour
