Director, FP&A: Auto Finance Revenue Team

Join our team as a Director of Financial Analysis in the Auto Finance division of an organization that is actively transforming the Auto lending industry.

At this role, you will have the opportunity to work on shaping the long-term financial path of Capital One's Auto Finance business. Explore all aspects of the business, deal with intricate data analysis, influence senior executives, and contribute to narrating the story of Capital One Auto Finance both internally and externally.

If you seek a dynamic work atmosphere with exposure to senior leadership, this is the right fit for you. You will lead a team to oversee the division's financial outlook, present financial results to executives, and play a pivotal role during earnings calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team to develop and manage financial forecasting models
Analyze key drivers of variances and communicate insights to leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally to assess opportunities
Conduct ad-hoc analyses on industry-related topics
Effectively communicate and influence at all levels

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

Experience in managing and developing a team
Ability to translate complex ideas into actionable insights
Interpersonal skills, ability to lead in a matrixed environment
Deliver results through well-managed execution

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
2+ years managing Financial Planning & Analysis or Data Analytics
2+ years of people management

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Business Administration or Finance
Experience in building and managing financial models
3+ years managing Data Analytics or FP&A
3+ years of people management
