Fivetran is seeking a motivated and proactive Senior HR Operations Partner to join our People Operations team in EMEA.

Our mission has always been to simplify and streamline access to data, and we are proud to continue helping organizations become data-driven every day.


As a Senior HR Operations Partner, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and serving as a thought partner for all things related to people and culture.

You will work closely with our global HR operations team to develop and implement processes that support our hyper-growth startup.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for all HRrelated matters, including benefits, policies, and employment agreements, and effectively communicate complex topics to employees in our EMEA locations.
  • Partner with HR Directors and HRBPs to provide guidance and support to employees on HR and peoplerelated questions, such as employee data, payroll, benefits, and immigration.
  • Generate regular and adhoc reports to track and measure key HR metrics.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and practices for major HR programs, such as compensation planning, performance management, and employee development.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including HRIS workflow, communication with employees, exit surveys/interviews, and separation agreements.
  • Drive efficiency by leveraging HR technology tools to automate processes.
