    The below job description outlines the responsibilities for the Client Services Associate:

    Minimum Requirements:

    · College Degree preferred, not required

    · Prior office experience preferred, not required

    · Financial Industry experience preferred, not required

    · Basic knowledge of ETF's, Mutual Funds, and Securities tools

    · Advanced computer skills – MS Office Suite, CRM and specifically Excel

    · Desire to obtain long term employment

    Skill Set:

    · Ability to prioritize projects in a timely manner

    · High quality customer service – strong follow through

    · Excellent communications skills both verbal and written

    · Extremely detail-oriented

    · Good natured with a positive attitude

    · Ability to be persistent to achieve quality

    · Strong organizational skills, attentive, proactive, and resourceful

    · Friendly, professional phone manner and the ability to work with a variety of clients

    · Reliable with exceptional work ethic

    · Aptitude to learn and grow professionally

    · Demonstrate maturity and poise under pressure

    Responsibilities:

    Client Service Associate will be expected to have consistent follow through with all efforts to help build the relationship with the clients and keep the advisor up to date and accurate with all client accounts. Other weekly, daily, and monthly activities will include but not limited to:

    · Completion of all service requests and resolve any client/carrier issues

    · Processing New Client Applications

    · Review all applications prior to submission

    · Coordinate and follow up on all client transfers

    · Assist with client update reports and mailing

    · Utilizing various websites and software to obtain client and product information

    · Establish and maintain detailed client files

    · Lead internal team back-office tracking systems for reallocations/follow-ups/client engagements

    · Receive incoming client calls in a friendly manner

    · Assist in setting client appointments

    · Assist and support the Marketing team

    · Attend company events

    · Other duties and projects as assigned

    Salary:

    · $40,000-$45,000 base + variable revenue sharing compensation

    Benefits:

    · 401k – eligible after 1 year

    · PTO

    Hours:

    · Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

    · Some evenings required for client events
