To be successful, you need a good technical understanding, enjoyment of working with modern machines, teamwork, conscientiousness, and resilience.

The training to become a machine and plant operator includes getting to know different departments and setting up and operating highly advanced machines.

The training lasts 2 years with block lessons at the vocational school in Lauterbach and can be extended by 1 year to become a packaging technologist.

After the training, there are various opportunities such as operating a punch or folding carton gluing machine.
