Job Description
GST is looking for a Configuration Management (CM) Specialist to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) Transportation Security Laboratory (TSL) customer at the FAA Technical Center in Atlantic City Airport.

The primary role involves overseeing Quality Management System, implementing and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025:2017 certifications, and managing various aspects such as planning, scheduling, cost control, acquisitions, and quality assurance within a Laboratory Environment. The CM Specialist will keep the DHS customer informed on technical matters, possess computer proficiency, and knowledge of commercial software programs.

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for:

Assisting with ISO 9001:2015 registration and ISO 17025:2017 accreditation activities;
Supporting Laboratory Operations Quality Management Office;
Providing Quality Assurance/Quality Management (QA/QC) support for TSL;
Offering Configuration Management (CM) and support for TSL;
Maintaining equipment calibration records.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in business, technical, or engineering fields with 5 years of Quality Management Experience;
5 years of experience in complex scientific, safety, or engineering-related activities;
5 years of ISO experience;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Internet Explorer, and Adobe Acrobat products;
Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance and DHS Suitability;
US Citizenship.

Desired qualifications:

Previous DHS or laboratory experience;
Certified International Configuration Manager (CICM) Level I;
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Training;
Previous DHS STATS experience.
