We are seeking a full-time, 100% in-office Customer Care Specialist to be an essential member of our Sales Team


Responsibilities will include:

  • Support Sales Team in achieving sales targets.
  • Review customer purchase orders for discrepancies, and enter into ERP system accurately and timely, reaching out to customers when discrepancies occur, and assisting with solutions.
  • Backup Sales Team members when they are traveling.

Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
