We are seeking a full-time, 100% in-office Customer Care Specialist to be an essential member of our Sales TeamResponsibilities will include:
- Support Sales Team in achieving sales targets.
- Review customer purchase orders for discrepancies, and enter into ERP system accurately and timely, reaching out to customers when discrepancies occur, and assisting with solutions.
- Backup Sales Team members when they are traveling.
Pay:
$ $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
