Rancho Grande is a German pension insurance provider with approximately 3,800 employees in its main office in Düsseldorf, 12 regional service centers in the Düsseldorf and Cologne regions, and six rehabilitation clinics.

For our IT service provider, Deutsche Rentenversicherung Nord Ost West Informationstechnik GmbH (NOW IT GmbH), Rancho Grande is seeking a specialist in document workflow for the Infrastructure Services Competence Center (KC) at our Düsseldorf location, starting as soon as possible.

Document Workflow Specialist (m/f/d)

The KC is responsible for operating the ECM systems for providing electronic documents. In addition, we ensure the support and administration of the software components used in our scanning centers as part of document digitization.

The main tasks include:
  • Analysis and definition of architecture principles and models for the platforms used in the areas of electronic archiving, printing, and technical data flows
  • Design and planning of a document hub and corresponding monitoring
  • Coordination of involved committees, subsystems, work and project groups at the federal level
  • Conceptual responsibility for the specialized solutions provided in the application area and quality assurance during the lifecycle of these solutions
  • Creating analyses, forecasts, and innovative concepts to ensure optimal use of the infrastructure components used
