Soft Services House Technician (Human)

Your responsibilities include:

Maintaining close coordination of tasks with the General Site Manager and the Technical Site Manager
Providing support for administrative tasks and reporting
Monitoring security and locking services and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Managing the facility management ticket system and maintaining and monitoring lists of defects
Proactively reporting any identified defects or special incidents and responsible for carrying out minor repairs
Performing caretaker duties such as inspection rounds, monitoring, and waste disposal on a daily basis

Your qualifications:

Ideally, you have completed a vocational training in a trade and have gained experience in a similar position
You have a valid driver's license (Class B)
You work proactively and in an organized manner
You have manual dexterity and work reliably and thoroughly with a special focus on safety
You have a strong customer and service orientation and demonstrate teamwork and communication skills
