Salary:
$46,040 per year
As a Program Specialist at Vinfen, you will play a key role in overseeing program systems, policies, and procedures to ensure successful outcomes. This includes managing information, evaluation, development, and reporting within the organization.
You will be responsible for enforcing standards required by the agency and external funding sources, as well as assisting in staff hiring, development, and training for system implementation. Additionally, you will mentor staff on building strategic relationships with various stakeholders.
Joining the development team, you will actively participate in all expansion-related activities.
