Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical issues and repair as needed
  • Conduct facilities maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC repairs
  • Weld and fabricate parts as required
  • Utilize logic controllers and CMMS for maintenance tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal teams

Requirements:


  • Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance
  • Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting
  • Ability to weld and fabricate parts when necessary
  • Familiarity with logic controllers and CMMS software
  • Leadership skills to coordinate maintenance activities efficiently
