Qualifications:


  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to clearly and pleasantly communicate both verbally and in writing in with guests, management and coworkers, both in person and by telephone/radio
  • Ability to think clearly, quickly and make concise decisions
  • Able to stand and walk for the duration of shift, up to 8 hours a day

Responsibilities:


  • Empathetically listen to guest inquiries and provide appropriate responses, while upholding life safety requirements of the pool area
  • Monitor all guests and associates entering and leaving the pool area
  • Ensures all guests entering have the proper wrist bands; communicate and uphold pool entry protocol to support all life safety requirements
  • Conduct bag checks to ensure no prohibited items are brought to the pool area
  • Performs Security Patrols around the gate entrances
  • Responds immediately to emergency incidents and Security requests
  • Ensures the safety of our guest, associates, and hotel property at all times
  • Reports in writing on all activities during each shift before leaving the hotel, with oral reports and emergency notifications delivered as directed by the established Security procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management
