    Job Summary

    JEO's client development team is adding a Proposal Coordinator who will play a critical role in the success of our business development efforts.


    The Proposal Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and producing persuasive and winning proposals that showcase our expertise and capabilities in the civil engineering and architecture industry.

    This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    The Proposal Coordinator will:
    Collaborate with engineers, architects, and professional staff to plan, develop, and manage proposal submissions and interview preparation for projects.
    Create and maintain proposal schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and submissions are of the highest quality.
    Review and analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) to develop proposal outlines and compliance matrices.
    Write, edit, and proofread content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
    Craft compelling narratives that demonstrate JEO's unique value proposition and expertise.
    Ensure the proposal's visual elements align with the overall message and branding.
    Coordinate the assembly, printing, and delivery of proposal documents.
    Review proposals for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with RFP requirements.
    Conduct quality control checks to ensure error-free submissions.
    Maintain/manage proposal-related databases and tracking systems to include proposal content library with updated relevant materials.
    Assist engineers, architects, and professional staff in maintaining the CRM database.
    Qualifications and Skills
    Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
    Three plus years' relevant experience in proposal coordination, preferably in the engineering and architecture industry.
    Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office
