Responsibilities

Perform repairs as directed
Attend training, shop meetings, continue education provided by the manufacturers to improve competence level
Understand and follow Federal, State, and Local regulations
Road test vehicles to quality check work performed
Keep shop area neat and clean and able to account for all dealership owned tools
Document all work performed
Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or maintenance work is required
Diagnose the cause of malfunction
Maintain CSI level established by manufacturer and dealership standards
Complete Subaru training

Qualifications

Must possess some mechanical experience as a Lube Technician or Apprentice Technician
Must have a valid Illinois Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
Willingness to learn
Able to take directions and then follow them
A desire to learn and deliver customer satisfaction every time
Must be 18 years of age
Must be able to attend all service training and meetings

Hours

Monday
Friday 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM
Every 3rd Saturday: 8:00 AM until 12:00 PM
