The Financial Account Manager is a permanent opportunity with a fully onsite schedule.
Responsibilities:
* Will be responsible for managing a roster of clients
* Work with Business Managers in day-to-day management of all finance & administration duties
* Perform basic business functions for clients, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, managing cash flow, and building and maintaining budgets
* Frequently communicate with clients regarding financial transactions
* Assist with onboarding clients
* Perform a variety of special projects as needed
* Prepare monthly financial statements and ad hoc reporting
Qualifications:
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate (oral and written)
* A general understanding of finance and accounting practices
* Ability to read and understand business financial statements
* Ability to responsibly manage cash flow
* Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
* Flexible and self-starter who takes full ownership of tasks
* Ability to work quickly and efficiently
* Detail oriented
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
* Eager to learn and advance in their professional career
