- Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely
- Works with maintenance Manager and/or Supervisor to plan work priorities, obtain

- Assist with refrigeration issues.
- Rebuild equipment.
- Keep maintenance area and VB/TPC grounds cleaned as needed.
- Back up on call for refrigeration.
- Assist with plant electrical issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to identify issues and to determine repairs that are needed.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- 3 to 5 years of related experience.
- Experience in a high-volume food manufacturing environment or related field preferred.
- Plummer, refrigeration, and Mechanical experience is a plus.
- Electrical experience is a plus.

As a 3rd Shift Preventative Maintenance Technician, you will Provide mechanical support service in response to operational changes resulting from malfunction, breakdown, relocation, replacement, or other modification of existing mechanical systems and/or equipment. The 3rd Shift Preventative Maintenance Tech position will be located at The Pork Company and Villari Brothers manufacturing plants as needed.
