- Formazione tecnico-amministrativa, con buona conoscenza dei più comuni gestionali ERP (SAP)
- Sensibilità verso l'ambito marketing
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. La conoscenza della lingua francese sarà considerata un plus.
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel)
- Ottime doti comunicative, attitudine alla collaborazione e alla condivisione, team-player
- Capacità di gestione di imprevisti, incertezze e momenti di picchi, con l'obiettivo di raggiungere il miglior risultato finale per il cliente e il business
- Capacità di gestione autonoma del tempo e di identificazione delle priorità
- gestione delle operazioni finalizzate all'esecuzione degli ordini di vendita tramite utilizzo di sistemi informatici (order management, SAP, tracking, etc.);
- coordinamento dei fornitori per i servizi di consegna, interfacciandosi con i referenti dei magazzini e dei trasportatori per l'organizzazione dei servizi di pick up, shipment e delivery in modo efficiente e puntuale;
- supervisione e presa in carico delle richieste e dei reclami dei clienti (Rivenditori e/o clienti b2b nei settori Automotive o Industria), interfacciandosi con le varie funzioni interne in ottica di soddisfazione del cliente;
- produzione di report e analisi finalizzate alla valutazione e ottimizzazione dei costi di logistica secondaria;
- supporto nella gestione di specifiche condizioni contrattuali, applicazione accordi internazionali e sviluppo di servizi per il miglioramento della relazione con il cliente, volta alla fidelizzazione e alla crescita dell'ARPU;
- sviluppo di piani di problem management e service improvement con un approccio commerciale per favorire azioni di upselling e cross-selling
