Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble components using various tools and equipment
Perform CAM programming to create instructions for machining operations
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy of parts
Collaborate with engineering team to interpret CAD drawings and specifications
Package finished products for shipment or delivery
Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including logic controllers
Handle materials safely and efficiently, following proper procedures for materials handling
Maintain tooling inventory and perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment
Operate machinery, such as Fanuccontrolled machines, to produce parts according to specifications

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a similar role as a Technician or related field
Proficiency in CAM programming and operating precision measuring instruments
Strong knowledge of CAD software and ability to interpret technical drawings
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation
Ability to handle materials safely and follow proper procedures for materials handling
Knowledge of tooling maintenance and inventory management
Experience operating machinery, particularly Fanuccontrolled machines
