Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


  • Maintain and manage a customer portfolio through strategic offers and ethical sales methods to ensure profitability.

  • Coordinate product procurement according to customer specifications and company protocols.

  • Resolve customer and supplier issues, including financial matters, with tact and efficiency.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings and presentations, maintaining professionalism at all times.

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand customer base and revenue streams.
  • Promote the company's offerings to prospective customers to ensure a consistent and professional image.
  • Monitor competitor activities and gather information to remain market leaders.
  • Collaborate with global business units to leverage sales opportunities and maximize company revenue.
  • Ensure meticulous completion of all administrative sales tasks within specified deadlines.
  • Regularly update and maintain the customer database to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Develop and implement account planning strategies as needed to support business goals.

Qualifications:
