In our advita homes, we care for our residents as if on an outpatient tour in their own apartments or shared rooms. Because these rooms and apartments are all located in the advita house, we naturally do not have any problems with traffic jams, parking, or bad weather.

The real advantage in the advita house, however, is that elderly care does not have to be rushed, as there are fewer residents per caregiver compared to many other facilities. This is especially appreciated by colleagues who have previously worked in a hospital or nursing home.

The short distances within the house also save time, which we can spend with the client instead of in the car. In addition, professional care and household staff take on a lot of work, allowing us to better meet the needs and wishes of our residents in our advita homes. The work is more enjoyable and our clients feel comfortable.

We are currently looking for a full-time nursing service manager (m/f/d) for our outpatient service.
