Our Dining Solutions Specialist is responsible for customer facility visits helping our clients achieve food preparation, sanitations, and safety procedures.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

Facility Visits:
-
Assist in training in-service workers on food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
:

Observing and evaluating workers and work procedures to ensure quality standards and service
:

Performing various audits and completing reports for QAs including but not limited to sanitation, plate waste, P.E.A.'s, In-Service
:

Resolving customer complaints regarding dining service.
- Question and answer sessions and production visits.
Participate in Onboarding and training of clients
:

Enhance culinary processes and establishing best practices for improving customer efficiency and outcomes
:

Consult with clients regarding dietary management
:
-
Assist with training clients on current software and best practices
:
-
Assist with customer group meetings
:
-
Participate in weekly POD meetings
:
-
Review financial reports with clients
:
-
Maintain regular customer contact, documenting via Customer Journal, and aiding with client issues
:
-
Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests
:
-
Assist with equipment quotes
:
-
Provide customer with product samples.
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in related field preferred.
Minimum 1 years related experience and/or training.
Certificates/Licenses Required
Diet Tech, FSD, CDM, Chef preferred.
Serv Safe will be required prior to going out in the field.

Salary:
$80,000
