Responsibilities:

Lead the creative team in developing and executing creative concepts for various projects
Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring highquality deliverables
Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives
Provide guidance and feedback to the graphics and social media team members to foster creativity and professional growth
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in design and creative technologies

Skills:

Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative role
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity
Selfmotivated and organized
