Qurate Retail Group is the largest player in video commerce ("vCommerce"), which includes video-driven shopping across linear TV, ecommerce sites, digital streaming and social platforms.
    The Opportunity

    The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides administrative support to the Operations High Volume Talent Acquisition team in the delivery of the highest level of talent acquisition execution. You will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition as this role is instrumental in supporting the coordination of candidate/new hire onboarding, providing administrative support to hiring activities, completing, and administering associated new hire paperwork and processes ensuring timelines are met.

    Our Talent Acquisition team creates recruiting plans based on hiring needs to optimize business outcomes by identifying and securing the most suitable talent for the right positions. This involves optimizing the talent pipeline, reviewing recruitment marketing plans, and adapting to quick changes to support and execute business needs. We actively seek out and attract top talent at a competitive speed, utilizing consultative and strategic partnerships both on-site and beyond. We invest time in understanding the business and its talent requirements and introduce our exceptional organization to candidates, ensuring a consistently high-quality experience throughout the process.

    Your Impact

    • Coordinate relevant activities (onboarding, backgrounds, etc.) to maintain a high-quality client/candidate experience.
    • Ensure high-quality delivery of offer/post-offer/new hire paperwork and processes to ensure timelines are met.
    • Coordinate and monitor pre-employment requirements.
    • Provide administrative and process support in the hiring process, including selection activity coordination, candidate management, shortlist generation, offer paperwork, and tracking against requested numbers.
    • Provide candidate coordination services including answering queries, responding to emails, keeping candidates engaged, and providing instructions or directions.
    • Provide ad-hoc reporting as requested by TA Lead.
    What You Bring
    • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
    • Great flexibility and ability to progress a high volume of work under tight deadlines.
    • High level of organizational ability, juggling conflicting priorities within a time pressured environment.
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to identify potential issues and escalate as appropriate and/or recommend solution.
    • Excellent customer service skills including communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative environment is essential; a recruitment environment experience is strongly preferred.
    • 1+ years' experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
    Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
