Job Description:

As a Crew Leader, you'll be at the forefront, responsible for leading your team's daily operations, equipment, and safety protocols.

This hands-on role requires exceptional leadership and a commitment to service excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of your team, emphasizing safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Conduct weekly safety meetings and site inspections.
• Manage Fleet and Equipment using company software for inspections and reports.
• Ensure compliance with BIT Inspections as mandated by State Laws.
• Supervise job quality control and handle customer interactions as needed.
• Prepare trees for removal, trimming, and rigging operations.
• Utilize advanced climbing and rigging techniques for safe tree care.
• Maintain climbing gear and equipment for safety and operational readiness.
• Demonstrate proficiency in chainsaw and equipment operation.
• Utilize digital tools for reporting and documentation.
• Monitor team clockins and outs using electronic time capture systems.

Education and Experience:

• Certified Arborist preferred (or required within 1 year of hire).
• Certified Tree Worker (or required within 1 year of hire)
• TCIA Safety Certifications preferred (or required within 1 year of hire).
